Jeder Gastronom muß einmal pro Monat seine Daten kumuliert (summiert) an das Finanzamt in Form einer Abrechnung weitergeleitet werden. Je sauberer diese Abrechnung ist, desto weniger Kontrollen werden Sie durch das Finanzamt haben. Wir haben für diese Abrechnungen ein eigenes Programm entwickelt, welches Ihnen helfen soll, die Monatlichen Kalkulationen und Umsätze einfacher zu Kontrollieren.

Die Daten werden zuerst in das externe Programm von den Kassen importiert und gelöscht. Dadurch kann es zu keinen Fehlüberleitungen und Änderungen im Nachhinein kommen, wodurch dann der Umsatz in der Kassa und im GAstromanager aus unerklärlichen Gründen nicht mehr stimmt.
